    ACCESS AND RESPONSIBILITY

    Your data

    A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

    Before we talk.

Is Ordix only for one industry?

No. The core is B2B ordering between approved business partners. Product data and workflows can be adapted to the needs agreed for your pilot.

Does this replace our ERP or accounting software?

Ordix focuses on partner ordering and order coordination. It is not presented as a complete ERP or accounting system. Any integration needs to be assessed and scoped separately.

Can every business see our products and prices?

The intended workflow uses approved trading relationships and customer-specific access. Your pilot will define which partners can access each catalogue and set of prices.

    How is a pilot priced?

We agree the implementation scope and ongoing subscription before starting. Pricing depends on the setup, adaptations and support required.

Can we use real customer data in this demo?

No. The workflow illustration and screenshots on this page are for viewing only. This page does not submit orders or collect customer information. A working pilot is configured separately.
